Instructor-led Training

This ILT will be part of a blended solution to strengthen leadership skills. It is a synchronous approach where the attributes of effective team leaders are introduced and examples of such are discussed. 

At the conclusion of the ILT portion of the learning experience, learners will complete an asynchronous eLearning scenario-based assessment.
